Ingredients easily interchangeable and turn out great each way!
Ingredients:
1 cup (1 1/2 cups, for a thicker pudding) whole grain rice
4 cups of slim milk or sweetened soy milk
2/3 cup brown sugar or unsweetened applesauce (could easily go half and half for a nutritionally balanced & sweet taste)
1/2 tsp of salt
generous or preferred amount of cinnamon
